Channel Islands Breakfast Workshop

AREF hosted
Friday 27 May 2016
The Association of Real Estate Funds are pleased to invite real estate professionals to the upcoming Breakfast Workshop on 27th May 2016 in Jersey.
In the past few years, a growing number of funds have reached the end of their life and the process to liquidate, restructure or extend has been undertaken.  The success of this procedure appears to have been somewhat mixed leaving some investors and fund managers, no doubt, frustrated and disappointed.
Following an extensive period of consultation with the real estate industry, as well as a successful workshop in London in February, the project team will present draft guiding principles and best practice guidelines which are aimed at enhancing the end of fund life process.  Following a presentation, attendees are invited to participate in round table discussions and provide feedback to the team.
