Kames Target Healthcare Property Unit Trust

The Trust invests in purpose-built healthcare facilities let under long term leases to provide sustainable, long-term, inflation-linked rental income. The focus is on long-term care rather than cure facilities (to ensure long term occupier demand), while all of the Trust’s properties are new or nearly new when acquired, reducing the likelihood of obsolescence. The Trust’s objective is to invest in care homes let to operators and other healthcare assets in the UK.
