Tables and Hosted Bars:
Dinner tables of 10 people are available for AREF members to book.
Cost:
- Table for x10 people = £2000 + VAT
- Hosted Bar during the Champagne Drinks Reception = £60 + VAT
Tables and hosted bars can be paid via debit/credit card or invoice. If paying by invoice then please note that bookings will not be confirmed until payment is received and all payments are to be received no later than 12th August 2022. Full T&C's can be found here.
The cost of your table includes: Champagne reception, sumptuous three course dinner with coffee and petit four, with entertainment and the post-dinner soiree, with live music, in the The River Rooms. Drinks are not included in the cost of the table but can be pre-ordered once your booking is confirmed. There is access to a cash bar.
Hosted bars: There are a limited number of hosted bars available to book for the Champagne reception for a small fee. These can be branded with your logo and allow you to pre-order drinks. They are an ideal place for you to entertain your guests in style before the dinner.
Entertainment:
There will be entertainment in the Lancaster Ballroom during the dinner, as well as post-dinner live music in The River Rooms, where a cash bar will be available.

Once you have booked a table, we will be in touch with full details on how to submit your guest names, drinks pre-orders and dietary requirements.
