Coronavirus / COVID-19:
It is with regret, that due to the ongoing uncertainty caused by COVID-19, we have decided to postpone this year’s AREF Annual Dinner & Awards. The new date is Tuesday 30th March 2021. We would like to advise members that we will issue full refunds and will not charge any cancellation fees. We are now taking bookings for the new date.

Tables and Hosted Bars:
Dinner tables of both 10 and 12 are available for AREF members to book. The cost of your table includes: Champagne reception, three course dinner with coffee, entertainment and access to the post-dinner reception in the The Crypts. Drinks are not included in the cost of the table (drinks can be pre-ordered once your booking is confirmed). There is access to a cash bar.
Tables for x12 people = £2280 + VAT
Tables for x10 people = £1900 + VAT
Hosted Bar = £50 + VAT
Tables and hosted bars can be paid via debit/credit card or invoice. If paying by invoice then please note that bookings will not be confirmed until payment is received and all payments are to be received no later than 11th August 2020. Full T&C's can be found here.
