30 June 2020 8.30am – 10.30am Site visit The Collective

We have decided to postpone the AREF FutureGen Site Visit to The Collective, Canary Wharf to 30th June 2020 due to the evolving situation with COVID-19. This is consistent with HMG’s Guidance and in line with the practice that we see in member firms.

The new date for this event is 30th June 2020.

The AREF FutureGen Committee invite FutureGen members to an exclusive site visit of The Collective, Canary Wharf.

This breakfast site visit will include a presentation from DTZ Investors on the Co-Living Fund (COLIV) as well as a tour of the site.

About Co-Living

Co-living is an exciting housing solution, aimed at addressing issues faced by solo renters living in major global cities. The concept is focused on community and convenience, using the space in buildings in new and innovative ways to provide a higher quality of accommodation at an affordable price. Members’ private studios are coupled with access to a variety of different communal spaces, including a gym, restaurant, co-working space, cinemas, games rooms and library. More important than the physical space itself, co-living aims to enable members to live as part of a community, encouraging them to socialise through a daily programme of events and interact in communal spaces that are designed to foster human interaction in the belief that people can do more together.
