SFDR RTS - Members meeting to discuss the indicators applicable to investments in real estate
Join us on Wednesday 3rd March from 09.00 - 10.00hrs for this virtual members meeting to discuss the indicators applicable to investments in real estate within the draft SFDR RTS. These were included in the ESA’s final report to the European Commission.
This virtual meeting is for members to share their thoughts on the data required to complete the mandatory reporting templates (in Annex 1 of the report) for investments in real estate:
- Principal adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors (Table 1 on pages 64 and 65 of the report) including the definition of ‘inefficient real estate assets (Definition 28 on page 57 of the report)
- Additional climate and other environment-related indicators (Table 2 on pages 72 & 73)
After the meeting AREF’s SFDR Working Group will consider if more clarity is required from the ESAs on the indicators applicable to investments in real estate. Also, they will look at how AREF can provide guidance to members on completing this reporting.
