A New Industry Body
Today, 29 August, is the final day for AREF Fund Members to cast their vote on the launch of Real Estate:UK. With only a few funds still to vote, we encourage those remaining to submit their decision before the deadline.

Annual Dinner & Awards – plans coming together
Plans for our Annual Dinner and Awards, proudly sponsored by JTC, are well underway. Table hosts are now sending through all the details we need, and everything is shaping up nicely. We’re especially excited to be holding the dinner at our new venue, The Raffles Hotel (OWO), on 25 September, with members and their guests.

Have your say: AREF & Yardi survey on data and technology in real estate investment
|
|
AREF has launched a new research project with our Affiliate Member, Yardi, exploring how firms are using data and technology to shape investment strategies, address challenges and drive performance. As part of this project, we are asking members to complete a short online survey. It takes just 5–10 minutes and all responses are confidential. The findings will form part of a co-branded report, available to all AREF members and the wider industry later this year.
