Join us this September in Oxford for the 2025 AREF FutureGen Conference – a unique residential event designed for rising talent in the real estate investment industry.
Held over 1.5 days at Worcester College, University of Oxford, the conference brings together early-career professionals for expert-led sessions, thought-provoking discussion, and informal networking in a collegiate setting.
Now in its third year – and following two consecutive sell-outs – the event offers a rare opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, build new connections, and gain insight into the issues shaping our industry.
Tickets include accommodation, catering, and access to all sessions and social activities. Proudly sponsored by Mills & Reeve.
FutureGen = professionals in the first 10 years of their career and/or not yet in senior management roles.

The scheme brings together the Departments of Biology (formerly Zoology and Plant Sciences) and the new INEOS Institute of Antimicrobial Research, with a focus on collaboration and cross-disciplinary innovation. It also marks a shift from the university’s traditional funding model, moving away from donation-led development.
Built to exceptional sustainability standards – including Passivhaus principles and extensive timber framing – the Life & Mind Building sets a new benchmark for academic space in the UK.
