For all those leading the funding, planning, and delivery of 1.5 million new homes and the development of new towns across the UK
To deliver on the scale of the government’s ambition, the housing and regeneration sector will need to build at a rate not seen in a generation. It requires bold leadership, significant and sustained investment and a range of innovative public and private sector partnerships.
Following the success of last year's Summit, which was supported by Homes England and the British Property Federation, the Build More Homes & New Towns Summit 2026 is designed to help the sector explore solutions and create the connections needed to accelerate housing delivery. Join over 500 senior leaders from developers, investors, housebuilders, housing associations, councils, the wider living sector and strategic advisers.
You will explore how to break down barriers to unlock capital and drive forward essential partnerships, including with institutional investors, and how to manage risk. Furthermore, you will hear about how to ensure that any new homes are high quality, energy efficient and well-designed.
With 12 recommended locations and government ambition to fast-track the development of three new towns before the next election, the sector is moving at pace. The New Towns programme will bring together key stakeholders at this pivotal moment to share knowledge, foster partnerships, and build the momentum needed to deliver large-scale, lasting change.
