AREF brings together stakeholders from across the real estate investment spectrum to discuss and debate topical issues, to learn and to network. We seek to bring the industry together to help influence its evolution, for the benefit of both the practitioners working in the industry and the investors in the funds.

Event costs
Our events are FREE and open to all AREF Fund, Affiliate, Associate & Investor Members, including the FutureGen Network, as well as Non-Executive/Independent Directors of fund boards and oversight committees at AREF member and investor firms.
Non-members - Some of our events are open to trial/non-members for a fee of £79+VAT for face-to-face events and £49+VAT for virtual events (FutureGen £25+VAT), T&C's apply.*

Attendance
Please remember to add the date to your calendar once you are booked on. Often our events are over-subscribed with a waiting list, we therefore ask you politely to advise us if you can no longer attend, so we can release your space to another member.
There is no limit to the number of events you attend.
CPD
AREF is not an accrediting body for CPD, however, we can collect details of AREF events you have attended for your records. Please email us at info@aref.org.uk.

AREF rely on the generosity of our members who regularly host events for us. If your firm has hosting facilities and would be happy to help host an event then please contact Clare on cwhyte@aref.org.uk.

* Terms & Conditions for non-AREF members booking events:
All fees are payable in advance of the event. Guests may be refused admission if payment is not received prior to the event. If you are unable to attend the event we must receive a cancellation (emailed to: info@aref.org.uk) more than 2 days/48 hours before the event (except for the Annual Dinner, for which the period is 90 days). If cancellation is less than 48 hours then fees are non-refundable. Registration cannot be transferred to other events, however substitute attendee names can be provided at any time. Fees are non-refundable for late registrations booked within 48 hours of the start of the event (this is at the point of booking, not paying for the event). AREF reserves the right to change the programme without prior notification. By paying for this event, you consent to AREF sharing any of your data (including personal data) to any event sponsor and, if relevant, to any entity (other than AREF) that may be involved in the organisation of the event.’
