The Fund’s objective is to deliver both a long-term income focused total return and attractive ESG benefits from a portfolio of UK single-family housing, let at affordable rents. The Fund will acquire newly built stabilised assets or enter into forward funded/commitment development contracts, in order to create a portfolio of predominantly 2-3 bedroom single-family rented houses. The portfolio will be let to working families and co-renters at affordable rents. The Fund will seek, where possible, to incorporate energy and carbon reduction measures, going above building regulation requirements, in the new homes, which when combined with our affordable rents, will provide attractive ESG benefits.
