The Committee is discussing the following:

  • Splitting the MSCI/AREF Quarterly UK Property Fund Index (UK PFI) ‘Others” sector out further into hotels, healthcare, residential and leisure.
  • Adding ESG and other metrics to the Property Fund Vision (PFV).
  • How to ensure funds provide full data for the PFV.
  • Ensuring consistency in the data published in the PFV.
  • The process for how funds that are winding up leave the UK PFI.
