MSCI have released the MSCI/AREF UK Quarterly Property Fund Index Results for Q1 2023.

The Index provides an independent view of current market performance and the performance of the funds active within it. The index is based on a sample of 38 funds with a total net asset value of GBP 43.5 billion as at September 2023.
