Regeneration Brainery – Inspiring the Next Generation
We are pleased to highlight the work of Regeneration Brainery, a social mobility initiative focused on inspiring young people from diverse and under-represented backgrounds to pursue careers in the property and built environment sector.
By opening up access to the industry, the programme aims to ensure that the places we create are more reflective of the society we live in.
About the Programme
The award-winning initiative has supported over 7,000 young people across the UK to date, providing meaningful insight into careers in real estate through:
- Free week-long workshops
- Work placements and internships
