Last week, Paul Richards, our CEO and Ed Protheroe, Business Strategy Consultant for AREF travelled to Leeds for UKREiiF 2025, joining thousands of professionals from across the real estate, investment and infrastructure sectors.
The event provided a valuable opportunity to engage with peers, keep up with industry developments, and take part in conversations around key issues—from planning reform and investment trends to sustainability and emerging sectors like co-living.
A particular highlight was the informal drinks reception we held at the JLL Pavilion on Tuesday afternoon. Designed as a chance to meet prospective new members in a relaxed setting, the reception was well attended, with the sunshine and atmosphere helping things along. We’re very grateful to JLL for hosting and supporting the event, and to UKREiiF for helping with the invites.
Throughout the week, we spoke to many individuals and firms interested in learning more about AREF and what membership offers.
We’re looking forward to building on these conversations and already planning UKREiiF 2026.
