Welcome to our new committee members in Q4 so far: 

• Lewis Pester, Director, JLL, ESG & II Committee 
  

  Lewis Pester

  Reporting Programme Lead, JLL

  Lewis is a Director for JLL’s Sustainability Consulting team, leading on reporting and data programmes for clients. Since joining JLL in 2017, Lewis has provided disclosure advice across a growing range of standards, as well as advising on EPRA’s fourth edition of the sBPR. Lewis also oversees sustainability compliance monitoring services, having led the development of a global legislation database and regulatory assessment tool. They previously led on climate risk services, providing advisory support for embedding climate risk and opportunity management across a range of asset types.

  Lewis has contributed to working groups in the UKGBC, Better Building Partnerships,  the UK Transition Plan consultation, and the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.

• Onur Ozkaya, Senior Investment Analyst, Savills IM, Index Committee
  

  Onur Ozkaya

  Savills Investment Management

  Onur has been a member of Performance and Data team at Savills Investment Management since 2023. He provides all global real estate portfolios with investment modelling, advanced performance data, analytics, and various research tasks. Before joining Savills Investment Management, he spent 15 years in the U.K. architecture sector, working in both academia and for major firms. He started his professional career at Foster and Partners, where he was a member of specialist modelling group to use complex geometry, computational tasks, and digital fabrication in large infrastructure projects. He completed MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the university of Reading and holds MSc in Emerging Technologies from Architectural Association School of Architecture, London.
