Dr. Blake is Global Head of Forecasting and Analytics at CBRE. His responsibilities include developing CBRE’s globally consistent economic and real estate view. He also leads on the development of CBRE’s real estate performance outlook in EMEA as well as being closely involved with the co-ordination of CBRE’s view on global real estate investment performance.

An economist by background, with over 30 years’ experience in economic modelling and forecasting; Neil joined CBRE from Oxford Economics, the economic forecasting consultancy, in 2012. 

Neil has extensive knowledge of economic modelling and forecasting particularly with regards to real estate related applications.  These include modelling international property returns for leading investors, assessing the property market impact of a Eurozone breakup, work for the Barker Review on the economic effects of restrictions on housing supply, work for the European Commission on the cause of bubbles in the housing market, the RICS City Office Model, “How Much Space?” and “Retail Voids” for the BCSC and the IPF Research Foundation’s project on “Property and Inflation”, interest rates in the long-term and the impact on property pricing, contributing to the development of an investment strategy for major investors as well as modelling the link between economic development and the demand for commercial and residential space in the Middle East.

Andrew is Head of Development in the UK at LaSalle.  He has an oversight of all development and funding activity for the £12 billion real estate portfolio.  He was the Principal Lead on the recently completed 60 London Wall (350,000 sq ft) and various industrial schemes in the south east comprising over 500,000 sq ft.  LaSalle’s development activity spans a wide range of property types with c.£1bn live projects and over £2bn in the pipeline.

He has over 30 years’ experience in property development and has been at LaSalle for 10 years.  Prior to that he was at Network Rail and NatWest Group Property. 

He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and graduated with an Estate Management degree from Oxford Brookes University.  He is also a Member of the British Council for Offices and British Property Federation.

Marcus Geddes is a qualified chartered surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the central London market. A Cambridge Land Economy graduate, he qualified and spent 13 years at Savills before joining Landsec in 2011. Marcus has responsibility both for the performance of Landsec’s Central London portfolio and executing company acquisitions and disposals. Marcus is the Vice-Chairman of the Westminster Property Association.

Kerri is a Fund Manager within the UK Real Estate team of Aberdeen Standard Investments¹ (ASI), managing 2 funds - the HBOS UK Property Fund (an OEIC that holds mainly direct assets but also real estate securities and cash) and the property component of the Halifax Managed Income Fund.  Kerri’s previous roles at ASI include Deputy Fund Manager of the £3bn² SWIP Property Trust and Investment Manager on the UK Balanced Property Trust, a listed Investment Trust.

She has 23 years of experience within the commercial real estate market and prior to joining ASI in 2003 was Investment Manager at Royal London Asset Management for 4 years where her role had a development focus.

Kerri holds a BSc in Land Economics (Distinction) from the University of Paisley as well as the Investment Property Forum (IPF) Diploma.  She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the IPF and is an FCA Approved Person.
