Webinar recording: Crucial challenges for the construction industry?

We held a very informative webinar this morning, covering the crucial challenges for the construction and real estate industries.

Our moderator Kerri Hunter of Abrdn opened up the webinar and then passed onto our keynote speaker, Dr Neil Blake of CBRE. Neil went into detail about the seriousness of building costs inflation, what is driving it and importantly, forecasts of when it will come down.

Our panel, who included Charles Ingram Evans of Knight Frank, Marcus Geddes of Landsec and Andrew Derry of LaSalle Investment Management then outlined the main challenges they're seeing on the ground and had an interesting and wide-ranging discussion around the topic, as well as answering questions from our online audience.
