Open to all AREF Members, this joint webinar, from the AREF Education & Training, FutureGen and Residential Committees, will discuss structural and cultural trends in the residential sector. Over recent years there has been significant demographical shifts with more emphasis being placed on flexibility and the ancillary services being provided by operators and asset owners. This is being witnessed across all key sectors in the residential space with the health and wellness of occupiers being at the fore.

We've come together to explore why this change has taken place, what have been the key drivers in this demographic shift and how operators/owners are developing or managing assets to ensure wellness is top of the agenda.

It is clear that COVID-19 has accelerated the pace of change in the industry and we're pleased to be joined by representatives from different “Living” sectors, including social, senior and student accommodation - three prominent and experienced sectors in managing wellness.

This event is a follow on from our event in 2019 on 'The Wellness Trend' which discussed wellness in the office space.
