Hold the Date! AREF Conference 2024
We are delighted to announce the launch of our first half-day Conference, taking place at the beautiful Merchant Taylors Hall in the City of London on Tuesday 25th June 2024.
The Conference will begin with a lunch, will include several sessions and will be followed by the AREF Summer Drinks Reception in the evening.

The 2023 Global Real Estate DEI Survey
AREF is delighted to partner with 15 commercial real estate associations globally on the 2023 Global Real Estate DEI Survey. The survey benchmarks gender, ethnicity and nationality across the commercial real estate industry globally – and AREF members are invited to get involved.

European ESG Template (EET) - Educational Session
|
The EET is a stand-alone, cross-sectoral template for the exchange of ESG-related data. The FinDatEx coordinators are holding an educational session on Friday 22 September 2023 to explain the rationale behind and the usage of the data fields in the EET. The session also aims to gather further feedback on the uptake and use of the EET among market participants and the provision of pre-contractual standalone documentation.

AREF is busy engaging with regulators and government to ensure they hear the voice of the real estate industry when determining policy. We always welcome members participation; particularly to consultation response.
