Travel: 

Travel is not included in your ticket price so this needs to be arranged by you. 

By train:  Oxford train station is a ten-minute walk. 
By car: There is no parking at Worcester College, however, there are multiple pay & display car parks near to College, and the nearest Park & Ride facilities are Seacourt (alighting at stop D1) and Pear Tree (alighting at George Street, stop A1). 


Accommodation: 

Overnight accommodation on the evening of Tuesday 5th September is included in your ticket price, a room has been allocated and paid for you on the evening of the 5th.  These are single rooms with an ensuite at Worcester College. 

Please note: On the morning of day 2, all delegates are required to check-out and take their luggage with them to the site visits.  There will be space for you to leave your luggage whilst on the site visit but it is advisable to pack light.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Tickets are limited to three tickets per firm (or subsidiary).
  • Places are not confirmed until full payment is received.
  • Payment can be made by credit card or invoice.  If paying by invoice, an invoice will be raised and emailed to the booking contact (please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your invoice).
  • All payments must be received by 4th August 2023.
  • Changes to your booking - If you wish to make any changes to your booking, please email us on info@aref.org.uk.
  • If a cancellation is made less than 2 weeks before the event, fees are non-refundable.
  • Dietary requirements need to be supplied to us by 4th August 2023. 
  • AREF reserves the right to cancel the event at any time for any material reason.  AREF shall refund any fees paid, however, we will not be held liable for any damages or losses sustained in any way, arising out of the cancellation of the event.
