Travel: 

Travel is not included in your ticket price so this needs to be arranged by you. 

By train:  Oxford train station is a ten-minute walk. 
By car: There is no parking at Worcester College, however, there are multiple pay & display car parks near to College, and the nearest Park & Ride facilities are Seacourt (alighting at stop D1) and Pear Tree (alighting at George Street, stop A1). 

Accommodation: 

Overnight accommodation on the evening of Tuesday 5^th September is included in your ticket price, a room has been allocated and paid for you on the evening of the 5th.  These are single rooms with an ensuite at Worcester College. 

Please note: On the morning of day 2, all delegates are required to check-out and take their luggage with them to the site visits.  There will be space for you to leave your luggage whilst on the site visit but it is advisable to pack light.

• ^{Payment can be made by credit card or invoice.  If paying by invoice, an invoice will be raised and emailed to the booking contact (please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your invoice).}
