We are delighted to announce that The AREF Annual Dinner is returning to London's iconic venue, The Savoy on Wednesday 18th September 2024.
This prestigious event, steeped in tradition and elegance, brings together our industry for an unforgettable evening of networking and celebration. The event presents an excellent opportunity to network for all our members, though spaces are limited so we do strongly advise booking early to avoid any disappointment.
Against the backdrop of the Savoy's timeless grandeur, guests enjoy exquisite cuisine, engage in thought-provoking discussions, and forge meaningful connections, making it a cornerstone of the industry calendar.

Programme:
The evening begins with a pre-dinner Champagne Drinks Reception in the beautiful, double-height River Room, with a view over Embankment Gardens. The sumptuous three course dinner, with entertainment, will be served in the stunning Lancaster Ballroom. This is followed by a post-dinner soirée with live music back in the River Room.

Entertainment:
There will be entertainment in the Lancaster Ballroom during the dinner, as well as post-dinner live music in The River Rooms, where a cash bar will be available.
Previously, the dinner has hosted an excellent array of speakers and entertainers, including Marcus Brigstocke, Miles Jupp, Nina Conti, Lord Sebastian Coe, Rory Bremner, Ian Hislop, mind-reader Graham Jolly and Lucy Porter.

Table for 10 people: £2250.00 + VAT
Hosted Bar: £100.00 + VAT
What's included in the cost of a table?
The cost of your table includes: Pre-dinner champagne reception, three course dinner with coffee and petit four, entertainment during the dinner and access to the post-dinner soirée with live music. Please note: Drinks are not included in the cost of the tables during the dinner in the Ballroom - these are pre-ordered and paid directly with the Savoy after your booking is confirmed with us. There is access to a cash bar throughout the evening.

- Payment can be made by credit card or invoice (if paying by invoice - an invoice will be raised and emailed to the booking contact (please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your invoice). All payments are to be received no later than Friday 2nd August 2024.

Hosted bars:
A number of hosted bars are also available to book for £100 + VAT. These are located in the River Room for the pre-dinner champagne reception. If you choose to add a hosted bar to your booking, you will be allocated your own high top poseur table & a dedicated member of waiting staff to serve you and your guests drinks during the reception.
Each hosted bar has a table number and your company name which will be printed for you*, your guests will be directed to your hosted bar upon arrival. DRINKS ARE NOT INCLUDED in the cost of the hosted bar and should be pre-ordered {Note: Drinks not consumed during the champagne reception will be taken to your table in the Ballroom by a member of waiting staff}. If you do not book a hosted bar, you will be responsible for finding your guests during the champagne reception (champagne will be served by waiting staff who will be circling the room).
* Strictly no branding is allowed, apart from AREF and the main sponsor, to be displayed in the River Rooms or the Ballroom
