Located immediately adjacent to the Elizabeth Line entrance at Moorgate Station, 101 Moorgate is a newly completed office development delivered through a joint venture between Aviva Investors and PIMCO Prime.
Completed in January 2025, the scheme provides 69,924 sq ft of premium workspace across eight floors, four retail units and landscaped terraces, including a communal rooftop terrace. Built above the Crossrail station and surrounding operational infrastructure, the project demonstrates how complex site constraints can be resolved through careful design, engineering and coordination.
During the visit, attendees will gain insight into how sustainability, smart building technology and infrastructure-led design come together in practice. The fully electric, net zero in operation building has achieved BREEAM Outstanding, WIRED Score Platinum, WELL Platinum and EPC A, is targeting NABERS 5*, and aligns with the CRREM Decarbonisation Pathway offering a live case study in delivering high-performing, future-focused office space.
