FutureGen Breakfast Series, Event 3: Nick Montgomery, Schroders

We’re pleased to announce the third breakfast in our new FutureGen Breakfast Series — a unique opportunity for FutureGen members to engage in informal, boardroom-style conversations with senior leaders from the real estate funds industry.

Our next guest is Nick Montgomery, Global Head of Real Estate at Schroder Capital.  Nick will share his insights on market trends, leadership, and career progression, followed by an open discussion where attendees are encouraged to ask questions and exchange ideas.  Nick will be interviewed by Carine Packer of Schroders and member of AREF's FutureGen Committee.

Nick Montgomery

Global Head of Real Estate, Schroders Capital

Nick is the Global Head of Real Estate at Schroders Capital and is Chair of the Direct Investment Committee.  Nick is also the Chief Executive of the regulated manager entity, Schroder Real Estate Investment Management Limited.

Prior to joining Schroders in January 2012, Nick was Head of UK Investment at Invista Real Estate. Nick began his investment career at La Salle Investment Management.

Nick was awarded a BSc (Hons) in Estate Surveying, is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is an FCA approved person.

Carine Packer

Product Manager, Schroders

Carine is a Product Manager at Schroders Capital. In her role she supports the UK team with strategic and ongoing client and product management. Prior to this Carine was at CBRE Investment Management and Aviva Investors as a Product Specialist covering long income, European logistics and European value-add strategies.

 Carine graduated from the University of Nottingham with a LLB in Law with South East Asian Law.
