We’re pleased to announce the fourth breakfast in our new FutureGen Breakfast Series - a unique opportunity for FutureGen members to engage in informal, boardroom-style conversations with senior leaders from the real estate funds industry.

Our next guest is Kevin Aitchison, Managing Director, Head of Europe at Savills Investment Management. Kevin will share his insights on market trends, leadership, and career progression, followed by an open discussion where attendees are encouraged to ask questions and exchange ideas.  Kevin will be interviewed by Abbie Jones of Langham Hall, a member of AREF's FutureGen Committee.

Managing Director- Equity Investments UK & Europe, Savills Investment Management

Kevin is Head of Equity Real Estate – UK and Continental Europe at Savills IM.

As head of the European business (excluding debt), Kevin is responsible for the day to day operations and ultimately for the delivery of Client target investment returns within appropriate risk adjusted parameters. He was formerly CEO of Knight Frank Investment Management and CEO at ING Real Estate prior to that.   

Kevin is a member of the Investment Property Forum and in 2021 was awarded an MBE for his many years of service to GB Wheelchair Rugby and disabled people.

Commercial Associate, Langham Hall

Abbie is a Commercial Associate at Langham Hall, where she assists managers with the setup and ongoing administration of their fund structures. She also works alongside the marketing team, providing support with the business’ external communications.

 Prior to joining Langham Hall, Abbie graduated from Pearson Business School, where she obtained a BA (Hons) in Business Management and Marketing.
