Update on FRC's reporting expectations.

The UK Stewardship Code 2020 sets ambitious expectations for investment managers’ stewardship activities and reporting. The Code took effect on 1 January 2020 and the FRC will begin accepting applications from prospective signatories in the first quarter of 2021, publishing the first list of signatories in summer 2021.
In this webinar, hosted by the Investment Association, Claudia Chapman and David Styles of the FRC will present the observations from their Review of Early Reporting which will be published on 30 September 2020, as well as expanding on their expectations of reporting for next year. This will be followed by a Q&A session which will give members the opportunity to ask more questions about applying and reporting on the Code.
