Investor event: Net Zero Pathways
Wednesday 9th June 2021
View material from this event, including a recording.
The UK was the first major economy to legislate a decarbonisation pathway to net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, and aims that the UK will reduce emissions by 78% by 2035. Meeting these goals is an enormous challenge including for institutional investors with real estate fund commitments. This webinar explores the challenge, and solutions to be adopted to progress along the pathway to decarbonisation. For instance, what are the barriers that prevent for our real estate sector from starting the low carbon transition, and how can the barriers be overcome?
This webinar is open to AREF Investor members only (by this we mean indirect investors only, rather than those investing in direct property). This event is run in association with the Real Estate Investors' Forum (REIF) and PropertyMatch.
