Click to view a summary from this event.

BPF Futures and AREF FutureGen invite you to an exciting panel discussion on the physical and practical consequences of a climate crisis and the far reaching and less understood potential effects on our real estate portfolios. From enhanced frequency and scale of natural disasters, to extreme weather conditions and consequent challenges such as overheating and flooding, the panel will consider whether real estate investors are sufficiently aware and prepared for what is to come.

Please join us as the panellists discuss the implications for insurance and design of buildings, explore the extent that climate-related risks should be factored in for investment/management decisions, and reflect on the subsequent effect on asset values (today and in the future).
