We have decided to go ahead with the AREF Annual Awards for 2020, with a virtual awards ceremony, sponsored by Aztec Group, taking place in December 2020.

The submission deadline for the Investors' Award has therefore been revised to Friday 23rd October 2020. 

This allows the panel of investors enough time to judge the submissions and the team to organise the awards ceremony.

About the Award

Launched in 2019, the Investors' Award for Outstanding Achievement is open to all AREF Fund Members and is judged by a panel of key fund investors.

Members are invited to nominate their fund by stating, in no more than 500 words, how their fund excels and why it should be considered for this award with regards to any of the following criteria:

- Governance (candidates should consider more than the AREF Code of Practice);
- Environmental & Social Impact; and
- Investor Communication.

The panel will also consider supporting documentation, should you wish to provide it.

Deadline:

The deadline for the award submissions is 18.00hrs on Friday 23rd October 2020.
