HM Treasury is currently consulting on proposed changes to the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Regulations. Alongside this, the FCA has published a Call for Input: Future regulation of alternative fund managers, outlining their approach to regulatory regime for alternative investment fund managers (AIFMs) in the UK.
