Join this webinar, the first in a series of events from AREF's ESG & Social Impact Investing Committee, regarding net zero in the built environment.

The Carbon Intelligence team crafted this webinar for AREF and IPF members to explain what net zero means for commercial real estate portfolios. During this interactive session we share expertise on what makes a credible net zero pathway and give you the actionable insight to tackle some of the challenges you're facing.

For real estate, not adapting to the climate crisis will risk buildings becoming obsolete, and losing value because they are unattractive to let or purchase.  As an industry, we have a collective opportunity to lead the drive to net zero, and therefore a responsibility to do so.

Sam Carson, Director of Sustainability at Carbon Intelligence will give insight into how a net zero pathway can align with your portfolio's sustainability objectives, consider what constitutes a credible removals strategy and how a net zero programme can make your assets more attractive to investors and tenants.
