Open to members and non-members, the event takes place at Old Billingsgate.
This historic building stands on the north bank of the River Thames, offering stunning views of Tower Bridge, The Shard and the City skyline.
The Grade II listed building, once London’s historic fish market, has been transformed into one of the capital’s most impressive event spaces, with the dinner taking place in its spectacular Grand Hall.

The evening begins with a networking drinks reception, followed by a three-course seated dinner and a lively Post-Dinner Soirée, offering outstanding opportunities for connection, engagement and relationship-building across the newly unified RE:UK community.

Awards
In previous years, AREF have presented a small number of awards to members based on achievement and contribution to the association’s work and the real estate industry. During this transition year, the awards are under review. There will be no awards presented for 2026. If RE:UK decides to instigate an awards programme for 2027, we shall update members early next year.
