This interactive webinar will discuss the development of residential as a mainstream property sector, exploring how and why different investors approach residential, in the UK and overseas. We will reflect on the new UK Government’s housing policy and set that against the economics of the housing supply and demand fundamentals. Our expert panel will consider the risks and opportunities of investing in residential property in the UK and compare and contrast these with Europe and the US, discussing the different attitudes and issues faced, from the perspective of both fund managers and their investor clients.
