Promoting Best Practice

Congratulations to those AREF Funds who have been awarded the AREF Quality Mark 2022.

It is a requirement for all Fund Members of AREF to confirm annually their compliance with the AREF Code of Practice.  We promote 'Best Practice' wherever possible and each fund's level of compliance with the Code is recorded on our unique Self Certification Matrix each year (click here to view). Funds awarded our Quality Mark can then display this on client reporting and marketing literature.

With investors in real estate funds increasingly looking at governance, our matrix and Quality Mark makes it easier for investors and their advisers to discern a fund's commitment to good governance.

Look out for funds displaying the Quality Mark!!!
