Update on data provision and deadlines to UKPFI and Property Fund Vision

We are beginning to see the improved efficiency that the new data interface “My Data Manager” is having on collection of data for both the UKPFI and Property Fund Vision. This combined with the increased efforts from data contributors to meet deadlines over the last few quarters enables MSCI to produce and release the index on time and has also enabled the production of PFV to be much earlier.

One area that has begun to slip and is in need of monitoring is with regard to sign off of the data once it has been submitted, processed and fed back to data contributors. This is the last part of the process and we would encourage data contributors to ensure that this part of the process is also acknowledged and actioned in line with the timetable and deadlines set.
