AREF’s Board has proposed that Deborah Lloyd is re-appointed as Chairman for 6 months from 1 January 2020. This is to allow the new Managing Director, who starts in January, time to bed into their role before there is a change in the Chair.
Please find attached a Notice of a general meeting to vote on the resolution to re-appointed the Chairman for one year and a Proxy Form to complete if you are unable to attend the meeting. Please note that the resolution is not for 6 months as AREF’s Articles of Association only provide for the re-appointment of the Chairman for a whole year. Deborah has confirmed that she intends to resign from the role after 6 months.

Start: 12.00pm – Finish: 12.15pm
Venue: Schroders, 1 London Wall Place, London EC2Y 5AU
