This DE&I Working Group are working on:

  • Adding DE&I objectives/guidance to the Code of Practice - This is now complete and the Guidance can be viewed here.
  • Creating a central hub of various resources & Best Practice guides already published in the industry into one central location. 
  • Incorporating DE&I questions into the Quarterly Fund Questionnaire.

These guides and resources will be on a range of topics, including: shared parental leave / returning to work support / flexible working / future world of work - after Covid etc.
