The AREF Annual Dinner & Awards was held on the evening of Tuesday 24 September 2019 in the grand Victorian ballroom at 8 Northumberland Avenue - a new venue for AREF, following a move away from The Dorchester, as announced here.

The event began with a champagne reception, courtesty of our sponsor for the evening, Aztec Group, for over 440 members and their guests, followed by dinner in The Ballroom.

AREF Chairman, Deborah Lloyd gave a speech and presented five AREF Awards recognising excellent fund performance and outstanding contributions to the work of the association.  Read more about the awards and this years winners here.

After the main course, comedienne, Lucy Porter, provided entertainment for the guests.

Guests were then given the opportunity to network with other guests, peers and colleagues again after the dinner.

Our thanks to all our members who supported this fantastic event and to our sponsor Aztec Group.  We look forward to seeing you all again next year!
