You can view the recording of this event and download the slides by clicking here.

We are delighted to invite AREF members to the first in a series of three breakfast seminars, examining the relationship between the public and private sectors in the residential investment market, with a particular focus on how we might create a robust and stable regulatory environment in order to deliver much needed housing and investment.

The first in the series will be on the topic of regulation and is titled ‘Is there such a thing as good regulation in the residential rental sector?'

Our distinguished panel of speakers will offer a wide range of perspectives and will focus on the areas of rent controls, operator codes of conduct and building safety.

Please do join us and be part of the conversation in what promises to be a thought provoking and timely exploration of these issues. There will be a Q&A (Chatham House) following the chaired panel discussion.
