08 Dec 2022

On Tuesday 7th December we held a very interesting and highly topical event discussing the importance and benefits of having a collaborative relationship with Government.

We heard how more mature overseas markets have evolved, discussed the unintended consequences of regulation and what ‘good regulation’ looks like.

Thank you to our speakers:
  • Welcome from Chris Santer, Portfolio Manager, Impact Fund, Schroders Capital
  • Moderator: Duncan Sutherland, Director, Sigma Capital Group Ltd and Non-Executive Director, Homes England
  • Panel:
    • Adam Alari, Head of Living Research & Strategy, Savills Investment Management
    • Stanimira Milcheva, Professor in Real Estate Finance, UCL
    • Catherine Raynsford, Director of Stakeholder and Investors Relations, The Hyde Group
