AREF are launching a new Mentorship Scheme and looking for mentors and mentees to sign up. We have paired up with our friends at CREFC Europe, the trade association for real estate lenders and the real estate finance market in Europe. The scheme will be open to all members from both associations, to offer an expanded range of potential connections.
We are using a platform specifically designed for trade association mentoring programmes – you can learn about how it works here.
Before the programme launches in the autumn, we and CREFC Europe will be recruiting mentors and mentees. If you would like to register your interest to participate in either capacity, please do so by completing the form below. If it is as popular as we hope and this first programme goes well, more programmes will follow.
What to expect?
Once you have registered your interest below, we will be in contact to help you create a new profile. The new platform will allow mentees to search for mentors, based on mentors' areas of expertise. Once connected, mentors and mentees can arrange a time and date to call or meet. You may wish to make your meetings regular updates.
