05 May 2020

Listen to the replay of our third Crisis Forum below, open to all AREF members and very well ‘virtually’ attended on 5 May 2020.

Moderator John Forbes discussed various issues with the expert panel, who shared their insights of the last few weeks and discussed issues including: increasing cash flow issues and the lockdown potentially easing and bringing properties back into operation.

We would like to thank John Forbes for moderating the session and the panel for their candid discussion. The panel were as follows:

  • Sarah Cockburn, Head of Real Estate Capital Partners at Schroders
  • Paul Tebbit, Fund Manager at BlackRock
  • Nick Ridley, Partner, Head of Asset Services, Cushman & Wakefield
  • James Taylor, Partner at Workman

If any member has a particular issue or topic they would like addressed or revisited in our future Crisis Forums, or if you would like to participate, please contact Clare Whyte or Eve Holloway at AREF.
