Associate Members
Associate membership was introduced in July 2012 and is intended to encompass real estate investment managers, wherever domiciled, who either do not currently run collective investment schemes, or who run collective investment schemes which are not eligible for our full membership. It is expected that if, in future, the manager runs an eligible fund the fund itself would become a full member with the manager as its representative.
