09 Dec 2020

The online self certification process for the 2020 AREF Code of Practice is now open. Sincere apologies for the delay with this, our new online system needed some adjustments which took longer than expected.

The AREF Code of Practice for 2020 has been updated to reflect our three main principles: Transparency; Accountability and; Operational Integrity.  This has resulted in some sections being moved and/or updated.

Where possible, we have ensured your answers are pre-populated from the 2019 review, however, there are a few questions which are new, so those questions will need your attention.

Actions for you

Please could all Fund Members log-in to the AREF website and complete the self certification process for each of your funds.  Full instructions can be found here.

Timing

The deadline for completion is 15th January 2021

Once we have received your submission, we will send you your 2020 Quality Mark and the Self Certification Matrix on our website will automatically publish your results (link to 2019 matrix).

If you have any queries on the new process, please email Eve or Clare at code@aref.org.uk.
