The AREF FutureGen Conference 2024 & Summer

This is an opportunity to sponsor our extremely popular and highly successful 1.5 day conference aimed at the future generation of our industry. The event will be held in September 2024 at one of the Colleges in either Oxford or Cambridge again {the FutureGen Committee will confirm the location shortly }.
The conference will include (for 80 x FutureGen delegates):
- Four sessions (all topics and formats to be agreed, could include an inspirational speaker, a panel event, a fireside interview on Careers); at least one site visit; networking opportunities; lunch, dinner and a social event.
In 2023 the Conference tickets sold out in under three weeks and we had extremely positive feedback, not only from the delegates themselves but from the firms that the delegates were from. In general there was a real positive buzz around the industry during and following the conference. Cost: £10,000 +VAT
The package includes:
- Your company name/logo will be included on all ongoing promotional material and correspondence leading up to the event (social media campaigns, email campaigns, AREF website, email circulars and newsletters).
- Acting in good faith, we will mention and tag your company in all online social posts about the event (including pre, during and post event). Some of the social posts on our LinkedIn page received a 34% engagement rate which is very high for LinkedIn (example post).
- Your logo will be included on all slides throughout all sessions.
- Your company name/logo will be on all post-event marketing and write-ups following the event.
- An opportunity to do a welcome or speak at one of the sessions*.
- Opportunity to brand/display pop-up stands throughout the Conference.
- Opportunity to give out company literature and giveaways throughout the event.
- 2 free places at the conference (includes overnight accommodation, access to all seminars, lunch, activity and dinner).
* To be discussed/agreed with AREF before the event.
